Hourly IT Support implies a one-time client request to resolve minor issues, or cases where the customer has internal resources to independently handle part of the tasks.
Our statistics show that up to 90% of issues can be resolved remotely. However, if the problem cannot be fixed remotely, our system administrator will visit your office. The service rate remains unchanged — you only pay for the actual time spent on the work.
Hourly service fees are charged based on an invoice issued upon completion of the work.
Unused hours in the current month are not carried over to the next month. Work within the first hour is billed in full, regardless of the actual time spent. Each subsequent hour is charged proportionally based on the actual time spent.
On-site service requests are accepted until 12:00 PM. Requests submitted after 12:00 PM may be rescheduled for the next business day.
Services are provided on business days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work performed outside business hours is charged at double rate (×2 coefficient).
To accurately determine the cost of services, a preliminary audit is required.
